Love Potion Chicken With Honey Sauce


This is the recipe you make to win a man's heart FOREVER. I'm serious. There is no way to describe how magical this chicken is. This recipe has been successful in helping many women win, and keep a man's heart forever. Men are powerless over this chicken. It must be the honey sauce.

It started out as a joke between my sister and I. The first time I was going to cook dinner for my husband 15 years ago, my sister said:
"Make your Cap'n Crunch Chicken with honey sauce, and he doesn't stand a chance."
Since then, believe it or not, I have often been asked, (even by strangers!) about my marriage. Questions like: "Are you guys really this happy?" "Where did you meet?" "How do you still like each other so much?", and yes, I do credit this recipe.

Men who were prepared this chicken have been asked to describe how their feelings seemed to grow deeper for the woman who made it for them. They will be the focus of an upcoming post. Until then, try it on your man, or even just make it for yourself. I'll be waiting to hear what happened.

All you need is:
5-7 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 Honey Bear
2 Sticks Butter
Captain Crunch Crumbs to coat chicken

Put some Captain Crunch in a large plastic bag and smash with a hammer
(You'll want lots of crumbs)
Melt 1 stick of butter in a 9x12 glass casserole (in microwave 45 seconds)
Now rinse the chicken and lay each breast in the melted butter on both sides then dip into your crumbs
Bake the coated chicken in the glass casserole with the melted butter at 400' for 30 minutes.

While your chicken is cooking, melt the other stick of butter in a saucepan, then add the whole honey bear. whisk together, simmer it about 2 minutes, but DON'T LET IT BOIL. That's your sauce. When it's mixed well, turn the heat off.

Take chicken out of the oven, turn oven down to 350' and turn the chicken. Pour the honey sauce over the chicken. Return to oven for 30 minutes more.
When you take it out, the sauce will be so hot it won't be thick and saucy yet, so leave it sit and room temperature about 30 minutes. The sauce will be thick and you can spoon it over the chicken before serving. Fried rice is a great side dish, so is stuffing.
